us by our online customers.
-All returns to Yesterday's Memories must be made within 10 days of
purchase date. Shipping charges are the customers responsibility.
-Our standard shipping carriers are USPS or UPS. You must request via
email for any special instructions regarding your order.
-Yesterday's Memories does not hold backorders. If your order includes
items that are out of stock, those items will be cancelled. You may
reorder those items once they are back in stock.
-We generally take 1-3 business days from the time we receive your
order until it's packed and ready to ship. Email requests for "Quick" or
"Rush" shipping give orders priority status and are packed/shipped
1st.
-Yesterday's Memories hours of operation are Mon.Thru Fri.
-Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied
with your order, simply email us for a return authorization and you may return your
undamaged merchandise. We will exchange your merchandise or refund the
amount of your returned items less shipping and handling charges.
Returns must be made within 10 days of the original invoice date.

-Report shipping damage to your carrier. Original shipping container must
be kept in order to claim "damaged shipment" through the carrier and be reported at the time the
package is delivered.
-Factory defective merchandise will be replaced upon return/receipt of the defective

-No refunds or returns on idea books or our custom theme page kits.
