Q. I placed an order through Yesterday's Memories website. How do I
know my order has been properly received?
A. When you place an order you will get an email confirming
it.
Q. Can I cancel an order?
A. We cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped.
Q. Can I change or add to an order once it's been placed?
A. If you catch us before the order is packed,
you can make changes and we'll do our best to help you. (email us for changes)
Q. What type of payment do you accept?
A. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or PayPal.
Q. What is the sales tax on my purchase?
A. Yesterday's Memories operates out of Wisconsin. Orders shipped
within WI will be charged sales tax, all other orders will not.
Q. How soon can I expect my order to be shipped?
A. We generally ship within 1 to 3 days from receipt of orders, during the 5 day business week. We sometimes do ship USPS on Saturdays too if you're in a rush and usually get our orders out sooner than 3 days but can't always promise 24 hour shipping.
Q. Are all of your products acid/lignin free?
A. We only order products that state they are acid/lignin free. They are the same products we use in our own designing our
theme pages, kits and special requested pages.
Q. What method of shipping do you use?
A. United States Postal Service and United Parcel Service are the two carriers we use.
Q. Will you ship by other methods?
A. We only use these two methods but by special email requests, after placing your order, you can request expedited shipping of
various sorts via these two methods. (email for special requests)
Q. Do you have a catalog?
A. Our focus is on our internet customers, we do not have a
catalog or storefront available.
